Les changements découlant du nouveau règlement intérieur du Conseil de l’Ordre des avocats au Barreau de Luxembourg de 2013 sont ainsi mis en exergue et le plan de l’ouvrage a été entièrement revu pour tenir compte de la possibilité, nouvellement introduite en 2012, d’exercer la profession d’avocat sous forme de société. Les règles nouvelles sur la maîtrise linguistique des avocats entrées en vigueur en 2013 sont elles aussi prises en compte.

L’étude des règles professionnelles est illustrée par de nombreuses citations de la jurisprudence. L’ouvrage est complété par une annexe documentaire comportant désormais 152 décisions des Conseils disciplinaire et administratif de première instance et d’appel. Plus de 60 nouvelles décisions, qui n’avaient jusqu’ici fait l’objet d’aucune publication, ont ainsi été ajoutées à cette seconde édition.
