Wir haben schon längere Zeit den Wunsch, kreativ und igenverantwortlich im gastronomischen Bereich zu arbeiten. Wir überlegten, mit welcher marktfähigen Idee wir uns in Berlin etablieren könnten. Bei einem Urlaub in Österreich stießen wir auf ein Erlebnisrestaurant, welches dem Monopoly Spiel ähnelte und dort sehr erfolgreich betrieben wurde. Recherchen im Internet und persönliche Erkundigungen über die Berliner Gastronomie ergaben,
dass es ein solches Restaurant wie dieses bisher in Berlin nicht gibt. Die Idee war geboren und wir entschlossen uns, diese Idee – Eröffnung eines Monopoly Restaurants in Berlin - in die Wirklichkeit umzusetzen.
