Im ersten Teil dieser Arbeit, welche sich mit dem Thema „Macht und Spiele in Organisationen“ beschäftigt, kommt es zu einer Aufschlüsselung darüber, was ’’Macht’’ eigentlich ist und welche Bedeutung ’’Macht’’ für soziale Akteure besitzt, die sie im alltäglichen Organisationsalltag gegeneinander ausüben. Nicht nur für die Akteure besitzt Macht eine wichtige Bedeutung, sondern auch für die Organisationen, die sich „[…] als ein Strukturmoment auffassen lässt, das in der reellen und formellen Subsumtion menschlicher Ko-Operation besteht.“1 In einem Umfeld struktureller Zwänge entstehen verschiedene Machtquellen, die als Ungewissheitsquellen bezeichnet werden. Diese vier verschiedenen Typen werden im letzten Punkt des ersten Teils aufgeführt und näher beschrieben. Im zweiten Teil gehe ich auf den durch Bosetzky (1972/77) publizierten Ansatz der Mikropolitik ein, der die Organisation als eine Summe von Koalitionen politisch bzw. mikropolitisch agierender Personen beschreibt (Bosetzky 1994, S. 210). Für Bosetzky dienen die Koalitionen sowie soziale Tauschbeziehungen zur Machtgewinnung, - erhöhung. Der zweite Teil gibt nur einen skizzierten Einstieg in die Mikropolitik, denn die Spannweite dessen, was unter dem Ansatz ’’Mikropolitik“ verfasst und diskutiert wurde und wird, ist erheblich. Hier liegt daher das Augenmerk vielmehr auf dem Instrumentarium, welches sich Mikropolitiker zu Nutze machen. -Das Spiel!-
