Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulwesen, Bildungs- u. Schulpolitik, Note: 2,0, Universität Paderborn, Veranstaltung: Klassenleitung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Thema dieser Hausarbeit ist Beratung in der Schule. Um eine kleine Anfangsdefinition
vorzunehmen, bedeutet Beratung allgemein das Erteilen von Rat und Auskunft
auf einem Gebiet (siehe Wörterbuch Microsoft Encarta- Enzyklopädie 2007).
Daraus folgt, dass Beratung in der Schule ebenso verstanden werden kann. Allerdings
ist diese Definition noch nicht hinreichend, da das System Schule viel komplexer
ist (siehe weiter auf dieser Seite).
Die Begrenzung des Themas ist hierbei die Institution, in der beraten wird. Es geht
nämlich nicht um die Beratung in Berufsschulen, in der Sekundarstufe 2, in Betrieben
oder in öffentlichen Beratungsstellen außerhalb der Schule. Die Hausarbeit bezieht
sich also auf die Grundschule und auf die Sekundarstufe 1. Außerdem werden nicht
alle Beratungspersonen angesprochen, sondern nur der Lehrer als Berater (nicht der
Schulleiter oder die Eltern als Berater).
Als Klassenlehrer ist man angewiesen die Klasse zu leiten, die Schüler zu beobachten,
zu beurteilen und diese auch zu beraten. Die Beratungstätigkeit in der Schule ist
grundsätzlich ebenso wie Unterrichten, Erziehen und Beurteilen Aufgabe aller Lehrerinnen
und Lehrer (vgl. Planungsgruppe ‚Beraten in der Schule bei der Bezirksregierung
Köln 2004, S. 29). „So beschäftigt sich pädagogische Beratung mit Lernvoraussetzungen,
Lernbedürfnissen, Lern- und Leistungsproblemen, Lernstörungen und
Lernbarrieren. […] Sie bietet zudem beispielsweise individual-psychologische, sozialpädagogische
sowie Eltern- und Lehrerberatung an. Zu den verbreiteten Formen
der pädagogischen Beratung zählen u. a. die Erziehungsberatung, die Schullaufbahnberatung
und die Berufsberatung“ (Rusch: Pädagogische Beratung 2007).
Teilweise ist die Beratungsrolle an den Schulen von Beratungslehrern vertreten,
doch wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, dann sollte der Klassenlehrer diese Rolle übernehmen.
Das heißt, der Klassenlehrer hat mehrere Aufgabenbereiche, die er bewältigen
soll. Es kommen zum Teil solche Tätigkeiten wie Sozialarbeiter, Sozialpädagoge,
Psychologe oder Polizist zu dem normalen Lehrerberuf hinzu. Speziell ausgebildete
Beratungslehrer, die es an manchen Schulen gibt, haben die Aufgabe, den Schülern,
die in persönliche Krisen, Leistungstiefs oder andere Schwierigkeiten geraten sind,
aufzuhelfen sowie auch den Schulentwicklungsprozess insgesamt zu unterstützen. [...]
