Schulpolitik, Note: 2,3, Universität Trier, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Thematik der konstruktivistischen Organisationstheorie in ihrer Übertragbarkeit auf pädagogische Institutionen. Dabei wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie sich die Organisationsstruktur einer pädagogischen Organisation anhand der konstruktivistischen Organisationstheorie realisiert und ob sich daraus eine Sinnhaftigkeit ableiten lässt. Diesbezüglich wird anhand einer Darstellung der Gründzüge des konstruktivistischen Ansatzes eine Übertragung, erst allgemein auf pädagogische Organisationen und folgend im Speziellen auf Schule, diskutiert werden. Nach eingängiger Begriffsklärung wird dazu eine theoretische Verortung des konstruktivistischen Ansatzes vorgenommen, sowohl organisations- als auch wissenschaftstheoretisch. Der zentralen Erörterung des Menschenbildes folgt die Darstellung des Organisationsprozesses, sowie einschließend entsprechende Reorganisation. Anschließend erfordert die Anwendung der konstruktivistischen Organisationstheorie auf eine pädagogische Organisation die detailliertere Differenzierung der Begrifflichkeiten Institution und Organisation im besonderen Hinblick auf deren pädagogische Merkmalsausprägung. Auch Schule bedarf einer näheren Betrachtung in Bezug auf die strukturellen Aspekte in ihrer Funktion als pädagogische Organisation. Danach werden nun – sowohl allgemein als auch im Speziellen im System Schule – gegebene Organisationsstrukturen, denen der konstruktivistischen Sichtweise folgenden, gegenübergestellt und hinsichtlich ihrer Möglichkeiten und Grenzen diskutiert.
