Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt stattgefundenen Proseminars „Fordismus-
Postfordismus“ vorgelegt.
Der Begriff Fordismus steht im Rahmen dieser Arbeit für die durch Henry Ford
eingeführte Produktionsweise, der durch seine technischen, ökonomischen und
sozialen Neuerungen, die Grundlagen für nachfolgende gesellschaftliche
Veränderungen gelegt hat. Deshalb sollen im zweiten Abschnitt die technischen,
ökonomischen und sozialen Aspekte der industriellen Produktion in den Ford-Werken
zu der Zeit der Einführung der Massenproduktion näher betrachtet werden. Da die
Arbeit im Fach Soziologie erstellt wird liegt ein besonderer Augenmerk auf der
sozialen Situation in den Ford-Fabriken. Der erste Abschnitt schließlich widmet sich
der Person und dem biografischen Werdegang von Henry Ford. Hierbei soll die
Frage beantwortet werden, inwieweit die Persönlichkeit Henry Fords Einfluss auf sein
wirtschaftliches Handeln nahm.
