Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Germanistik - Neuere Deutsche Literatur, Note: 2,3, Universität Trier, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit beschäftige ich mich mit dem Thema: „Emilia Galotti und Luise
Miller – zwei Schicksale.“ In meiner Untersuchung vergleiche ich die beiden Dramen ‚Emilia
Galotti’ und ‚Kabale und Liebe’ anhand verschiedener Gesichtspunkte.
Im ersten Teil der Arbeit vergleiche ich die Familienverhältnisse in den Dramen mit besonderem
Schwerpunkt auf die Vater-Tochter-Beziehungen. Denn besonders die Erziehung durch
die Väter ist prägend für das Verhalten der Töchter im weiteren Verlauf des Dramas.
Weiterhin werden Adel und Bürgertum der beiden Dramen gegenübergestellt und miteinander
verglichen. Durch die ständeübergreifenden Verhältnisse in Form von Emilia und Hettore
Gonzaga sowie Luise und Ferdinand werden die Konflikte des Dramas erzeugt.
Zu welchen Ereignissen diese Konflikte führen wird im letzten Teil der Arbeit dargestellt.
Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es zu vergleichen, ob Emilia Galotti und Luise Miller ein vergleichbares
Schicksal widerfährt.
